I love technology, not as much as you, you see...

Wedding Fun

Cora has been to three weddings in the last month. Here are some pictures from Seth's sister's wedding in MN. Cora's cousins loved having her around. Joseph especially took good care of her. Then during the evening Cora and Seth had a Daddy-Daughter Dance. Very special.

Just Cute...

Christmas Spirit

We've been very busy this last month. We went to MN for 10 days for Seth's sister's wedding and an early Thanksgiving with my whole family. My sister from LA flew in, we had a great time with family and visiting some friends while we were there. Now we're back in Florida getting into the Christmas spirit. Here are some pictures of the first Hardley Family Christmas tree! Since we moved last year at Christmas (I can't believe it's been a year already!), we never decorated for the season. Having grown up in the "Northwoods" of MN, picking out a Christmas tree consisted of going in the back 40 and sawing the nicest looking tree down we found. Living in FL you just go to the roadside tree stand, the grocery store, or Lowe's (where we got ours) to pick out your tree. I have to say, our tree is pretty cute! Thanks to my mom, we had several ornaments to decorate our tree. We also went with some friends to Mt. Dora for their lighting ceremony and walked around the town, all light up with Christmas decor. Christmas in Florida is really nice. Different, but really nice. No scarves or mittens and you don't have to worry if you're cars going to start in the morning. We like Florida winters!
Merry Christmas everyone!

Faces and Fashion

Just some snaps of Cora's beautiful face and fashionable clothing. She's getting more fun everyday. She is now grabbing her feet, chewing on just about anything she can grab, and laughing out loud. She gets so excited that I start laughing and then she just laughs more. It's really fun! Oh, there are many more pictures to come! Stay tuned!

Weekend Fun and the New Weekday Routine

Hey friends! A few weeks back we went boating with our friends Tim, Ashley and Lincoln. This is the first time Gina and Cora were on the Inner-Coastal. Cora also got to wear her own life preserver.... She enjoyed it most of the time. She slept through the ride out to the island and the ride back in. She's so much fun!
We've had a busy two weeks! I've gone back to work and Cora has started to go to day care 3 days a week. Seth stays home two days with Cora and mommy get's to spend every lunch hour with Cora because the day care is right next to my work and Seth brings Cora over to my office when he has her. So far this is going great! Still a huge transition time. Let's just say the house is a little messy and mommy falls asleep nursing Cora at 7:30pm most nights. Seth and I have eaten dinner as late as 10pm one night just because that's what happened. The day care is great. We feel really good about the one we picked and they're really encouraging to us first-time-daycare-goers. Work is going great. The ladies I work with are really fun and encouraging as well. Most are parents and love to talk about their families and stories. Seth is still working with Triangle Aviation part-time and digging footers for million dollar homes in Orlando area with Tim Andrews, Inc during the week. This job has been a blessing to our family. Seth really enjoys working for Tim and feels good after a hard day of work. With the economy where it is the work has slowed down a bit but they're staying busy. Praise the Lord! Evidently there are still people in this country that have lots of money.
Well, that's a short update on us. More to come soon. Thanks for reading!

Fun with Cora!

She loves cuddling with her Daddy. Or Daddy loves cuddling with his Cora.
For Labor Day we hung out with Nana and Papa in Tarpon Springs, Fl. Since Labor Day Cora wore her "American Sweetheart" outfit.
On September 4th we went to Alexander Springs just 20 minutes from our home. It was the most clear water I've ever seen. There's a aquifer that feeds the spring and you can snorkel. We BBQed with Seth's parents and some friends from MN that were in FL for the week. If you look at the picture where Seth and I are standing in the spring you can see how clear the water is. Florida is full of amazing things.

Bath time is fun!

She enjoys her bath time every night. We spent Labor Day in Tarpon Springs with Seth's parents. She had to bathe in the bathroom sink. What a great photo oppurtunity!
